Booking Information

3 night minimum stay
Check in 2pm. Check out 10am.
EARLY check in or LATE check out on request and subject to availability. Charges on application.
Stays of 10 days or more receive complimentary servicing every 5 days.
For extended stays (over two weeks) please apply for a special rate.

Bookings and Payments

When booking with Makalya Palms a deposit of two nights accommodation is required.
For bookings at the minimum stay of three (3) days full payment is required.
Bookings will be confirmed by email after lodgement of the deposit.
Balance for all bookings required (1) month prior to arrival and on receipt of Makayla Palms invoice.
Payment may be made via

Cash may be a preferred option for guests and is available by arrangement.

Refund Policy

Cancellation over 90 days: full refund less NZ$50 booking fee and any bank charges
Within 90-60 days: 1 night charge due
60-30 days:2 night charge due
Inside 30 days 50% charge is due
No shows there will be a full accommodation charge
No refunds will be given for early departure after check in.

We strongly suggest Travel Insurance to cover those unexpected eventualities.
